Antony was the Partner in Charge and Project Manager providing project management and cost consultancy services associated with the fit out of over 100,000 ft2 of retail space at the Hub, Central Milton Keynes.

Bowmer & Kirkland as the Contractor for Crest Nicholson constructed the shell space with capped off services. The scope of the PM/QS services involved agreeing the scope of works with the fit out contractor for the Tenant, documenting this in the Agreement for Lease, organising fit out start on site dates with Bowmer & Kirkland and Crest, holding regular progress meetings including signing off the shell works, fit out works and documenting this for the Leases.

There was regular liaison between the Client, its Solicitors, Tenant's and their advisers. Tenant's were phased into occupation over a period of two years following completion of the base build.
