West Way Residential and Retail scheme - Cirencester

West Way is a 15 unit residential scheme consisting of a mix of new build and refurbished 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units with four ground floor units. It is currently mid-way through construction.

The new build scheme is a steel framed construction with timber joisted floors, external wall construction consisting of a mixture of natural Farmington locally sourced stone and render. Internally the flats are due to be fitted out to a good standard representative of the sales/rental market place with estimated completion in February 2017.
